Skyline The Hill Treat is situated in Pinguli, kudal 2 km’s from Kudal railway station 65 km's from Dapolim airport (Goa) and 2 km’s from NH-17 Highway.

1) Specious Parking :- We have huge Parking area in Front of the resort covered with strong fencing and 24 Hours Security Guard alert along with 16th C.C.Camera recording backup.

2) Swimming Pool :- We have Swimming Pool Organize pool Side Party with Guest Seating minimum 25 to Maximum 100 Person Including the music system, Lighting & Decoration.

3) A/C Restaurant :- A/C Restaurant in which we allow family Section with family Drinks allowed. We can arrange the Small Parties & Seminar, Including Buffe seating minimum 25 to maximum 100 Person, We provide all type of food, we are specialist in Malvani, South Indian, Chines, Tandoori & Continentals dishes.

4) Garden Restaurant & Lawn :- We have a the top end of the resort and Garden Bar accompanied with Cocktails & Mock tails also we provide minimum 100 to maximum 1000 Person which includes Birthday, marriage, engagement, reception, seminar, flower Showering ,etc. We arrange event management like, Shamiyana Stage Lighting, music system, also manage poppet show, Orchestra, Magic show etc.

5) Luxury Room :- We have 10 Luxury room which includes 8 Supreme & 2 Deluxe room which Supreme rooms admeasuring 240sqfeet & supreme room admeasuring 160 sqfeet with attracted Clean & tidy bath & loo multi-channel Led T.V, split A/C, hot & Cold running water with mini freeze. We allow complimentary use of swimming pool, wifi internet connectivity many more.

6) Banglow :- We have four Banglows in which we have two bed room with split A/C & Led TV along with Living room & pantry in it each and it is situated in the country.
